The four straps with carabiners at the ends are placed under the mattress and connected to the middle strap via metal rings. Leaving the ends of the straps visible, place the shackles around your partner's wrists and ankles, then attach the shackles to the carabiners.

All straps are adjustable for individual adaptation to the bed. The maximum length of the middle strap is approx. 140 cm. The four other straps also have a maximum length of approx. 140 cm.
